When I first called I was contacting and this gentleman named Rex was helping me out we were on the phone for a pretty long time because I had a lot of questions he was very patient and he was very good he never did seem like he was in a hurry. Then all of a sudden he got me service to come in on Saturday when he thought he'd be there Monday I appreciate how quick it was set up that afternoon by the tech his name was Dave he was very professional too wore his mask and also kept things pretty tidy and clean as he was doing his work so far so good on my TV experience. But what I love the most is that when I call them for any kind of issue so far they help me out very well his name is Travis I believe was his name they just spoke on Tuesday he's very helpful so I recommend them very highly. "What a great experience it was to go through the Dish professionals. When we called, Carla answered the phone. She asked us several questions in order to find out which provider would be best for us. She was positive, attentive and fun to talk to. After determining what would meet our needs she quickly got all the information and the very next day we had a great installer come out and had three televisions hooked up and he stayed until all our questions where answered. From the time we called and talked to Carla until it was installed we had the best customer experience we could hope for. Thanks to everyone that helped us out. Highly recommended!!!!"

"I am the most picky person I know. Trevor is a guru of all things satellite. I used to have Direct TV was not that satisfied. After over an hour and a VERY deep discussion on feature sets I was totally convinced that Dish was the way to go! He even told me about a simple work around to get NFL ticket! Then Dave the installer came out. He did an amazing job. I think he may be the only vendor I've ever had who put on booties without being asked!!!! Today Dave did the install to my RV perfect and the placement on the roof is ideal. Hint if you have an RV and you get Dish for your home it's only $7 a month additional for the RV!!! Again stellar thanks and now I can enjoy Larry David shows I want to!!!"
